I do not believe I need to tell anybody that this economy is tricky and many of us have been having a veryhard time. I lost my work about four months back when the plant where I was employed closed down 2 of their production lines and my bro in law, Barney got his pink slip last month when his company announced that they were closing the doors for good.

Both of us spent a fair amount of time and effort on the lookout for new roles but with absolutely no luck. However, we were clear on the fact that we still required revenue to pay our bills and support our families so Barney and I decided to go into business on our own.

Now I must admit that both Barney and I agree the entire’rapper scene’ is just plain stupid but if it makes cash then who are we to argue.

The Square Dance Club is the Scottish Twirlers.

A local soccer team is known as the Scottish Claymores.

As we might expect there are a large number of local streets named after places such as Argyllshire, Kintyre and Skye where the first Scottish settlers lived before coming to North Carolina.

I once worked in an office where they had a small kitchen area off the main office for making drinks and snacks and there was always a bowl of fresh fruit for workforce, as the company recognising the refreshing effects of fresh fruit.
