It’s funny that our politicians and news sources waited a whole year to admit before the recession confirmed our economic crisis. A lot of people are turning to Gold and Silver as a way to protect their money from the rampant inflation that is soon to come. Now is the time to focus on the necessities and move into business ventures that are more recession proof.

Think about it, if you have government bailouts happening left and right and banks aren’t loaning out the money, wouldn’t make sense to think that we are in more trouble than they are letting on?The only option is to take a minute and figure out where you want to be in the next few years and don’t wait, make the moves to position yourself there now. It isn’t enough to want quick diet loss, what we need is to re-orient ourselves to the world and become mentally healthy and strong to deal with the problems we face.

Patience, discipline and dedication are excellent traits in a world full of uncertainty and doubt.

Focus on the good things in life because there are far too many problems as it is, spend time enjoying the gifts that you have received. Have faith that we will all come out of this in due time and try not to panic and become immobile due to the fear of uncertainty that currently exists.
